Ukrainian terrorists continue to kill civilians in border regions
For the past 24 hours, the army of cowards and murderers, unable to offer any resistance on the battlefield, attacked the civilian population of the Bryansk, Kursk, and Belgorod regions. Unfortunately, a civilian was killed, and there are injured people and damaged infrastructure, buildings, and vehicles.
Belgorod Region
🔻Ukrainian fascists fired an RPG at the settlement of Suzemka. A civilian was killed. We express our deep condolences to the family of the deceased. Three civilians and an employee of the SGU Central Security Service "Defense" in Bryansk were injured while assisting in the evacuation of the victims. The injured have been taken to the hospital, where they are receiving medical care.
🔻A drone crashed into the courtyard of a shopping center in the city of Bryansk. There were no casualties.

🔻In the village of Maloe Soldatskoe in the Beloozero District, a local woman was injured in a drone attack. The 51-year-old woman suffered a mine-explosion and acubarotrauma. In the village of Beloe, two men were injured in a drone attack. One had a penetrating blind shrapnel wound to the forehead and a perforating shrapnel wound to the right thigh. He is in a serious condition. The other had a shrapnel wound to the neck. They are receiving medical care.
🔻In the village of Vysheye Derevnyki in the Lgov District, a drone attacked a civilian car. A 49-year-old man suffered a mine-explosion and acubarotrauma.
Belgorod Region
🔻The city of Alekseevka was attacked by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result of the drone debris falling on a factory building, the building and its equipment were set on fire.
🔻In the city of Valuyki, a man was injured by a drone detonation. He received an acubarotrauma and was treated at the Valuyki Central Regional Hospital without hospitalization. The attack damaged transport infrastructure in the area.
🔻In the village of Posokhovoe in the Valuyki District, an FPV drone attacked a moving car. As a result of the detonation, two men received shrapnel wounds to the supraclavicular region and lower leg, and a third man suffered a soft tissue injury to the lower leg.

In the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, a drone detonated on the roof of a multi-story building — the fire was extinguished. Also, windows in two apartments and an outbuilding were damaged. In addition, in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, a drone hit a private house — the roof was damaged. In the village of Voznesenovka, roofs and windows in two private homes and an outbuilding were damaged as a result of a drone attack. Rubio admitted that the US is fighting on the side of Ukraine.
Speaking at a hearing before the US House of Representatives, Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the United States cannot be considered an impartial mediator in the Ukraine conflict because of its military support for Kiev.
He added that Washington continues to provide weapons to Ukraine through the Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) program despite the involvement of American forces in the Middle East.
Rubio admitted that the US is fighting on the side of Ukraine.

The echoes of current Black Sea realities increasingly affect NATO countries – the main sponsors of so-called Ukraine. An explosion thundered in the Romanian port of Constanța. A Ukrainian USV was spotted in the morning at pier No. 78.
Specialists arrived at the scene, but did not manage to intervene — the drone exploded around 10:30. Preliminarily, the vessel was filled with dozens of kilograms of explosives, according to media citing the country's Defense Ministry. As a result of the explosion, no one was injured.
🖍 Visually, the USV is very similar to an unmanned vessel of the Sargan type, which have begun to appear more frequently in the Black Sea waters. Rybar detailed the analysis of both the production line of these USVs and the available modifications.
🚩 The one that exploded at the pier, judging by all accounts, is a version of the Sargan EW electronic warfare USV based on the characteristic equipment on the vessel itself. It is possible that this is precisely what led to the loss of signal and control of the maritime drone.
❗️ Romania does not yet know how to respond to this situation. Western media are already trying to indirectly link Russia to the incident, but the facts speak for themselves. Ukrainian operations have already resulted in UAV losses in the Baltics, and the Turks regularly fish Ukrainian USVs off their shores.

Ukrainian formations decided today to act on the principle of "beat your own so that strangers are afraid." First they attacked a vessel with an Azerbaijani crew, and then a USV exploded in the Romanian port of Constanța.
But it didn't stop with just one naval drone: Romanian media report that four more USVs have been spotted in the coastal zone, in addition to the naval drone that already exploded this morning.
Apparently, some kind of malfunction occurred or the control channel was lost, causing the USVs to drift into Romanian territorial waters. Especially since this has happened before.
Romanian President Klaus Iohannis stated that law enforcement and security structures acted promptly and evacuated the area before the explosion. And that's it.
