For everyone who thinks the US is "retreating" from either Iran or especially China - the US is currently seeking a blanket overflight agreement with Indonesia - granting the US unprecedented access to its airspace - allowing US military aircraft to fly over without case-by-case diplomatic approval from Indonesia's government.
Guess where the Strait of Malacca is?
That is the strait through which the vast majority of Chinese shipping goes in and out of - including much of its imported energy - a strait the US has planned to interdict for decades to strangle China...
...it's located right next to Indonesia!

Armenians failed to avoid an unpleasant fate. The head of so-called Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky arrived in Yerevan to participate in the European Political Community summit.
Zelensky was met by Armenian parliament speaker Alen Simonian, who usually handles the anti-Russian agenda.
🖍 As we wrote, Zelensky's visit will play a dirty trick on Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. Now Yerevan will turn into a center of anti-Russian agenda in the coming days, and Moscow is unlikely to leave this unnoticed.
🚩 Armenian business is already facing initial difficulties in the Russian market due to Pashinyan's double game — and he was warned about such consequences in advance.
❗️ In Brussels, they wanted to use the EPC summit to support Pashinyan's election campaign before the parliamentary elections. But it's unlikely to help now.

В ночь на 7 мая Латгалию снова посетили «непонятно откуда взявшиеся» дроны. Около 3:30 жители Резекне звонят в 112: над городом гудят моторы, в небе вспышки, потом хлопок. Дрон входит в пустой резервуар филиала ООО «East-West Transit» на улице Комунала — это в 40 километрах от российской границы. Латвийская армия признаёт - бортов было два, оба упали. А премьер тут же выдаёт дежурную мантру — «предварительно дрон - украинский, отклонился из-за электромагнитного излучения».
Отклонился, ну да. Они у них последние полтора месяца только этим и занимаются.
А теперь карта. Достаём — и смотрим внимательно.
23 марта — Литва, Варенский район, озеро Лависас, примерно в 20 км от границы с Белоруссией.
25 марта — двойной залёт. В Латгалии у села Доброчина (Краславский край) в нескольких километрах от двух жилых домов взрывается дрон. В ту же ночь, в 03:43, ещё один борт врезается в дымовую трубу электростанции Аувере в эстонском Ида-Вирумаа, под Нарвой.
1 апреля — обломки в Силмалской волости Резекненского края.
3 мая — массированная атака на Ленобласть, Приморск. Тревогу разом включают Латвия (Алуксне, Балви, Лудза, Резекне, Краслава), Эстония (Вырумаа и Ида-Вирумаа) и Финляндия — район Виролахти, в полусотне километров от Приморска. И сами латвийские военные фиксируют: объекты шли вдоль восточной границы Латвии с юга на север. 7 мая — финальный аккорд: Резекне, нефтебаза.
Соединяем точки. Что получаем? Ровную нитку. Старт — север Украины, юг Литвы, вдоль восточной кромки Латгалии (Краслава — Лудза — Резекне — Балви), через юго-восток Эстонии (Вырумаа, Ида-Вирумаа, район Чудского и Псковского озёр), и выход в Финский залив — на Приморск и Усть-Лугу.
Это и есть тот самый «балтийский коридор», о котором писали ещё в конце марта на фоне серии ударов по портам.
