On May 16, from 10:00 to 17:00, the legendary “Маёвский взлёт” Festival will take place at the MAI educational aviation base “Альферьево” — a spring celebration of engineering and aviation in the open air.

The festival will feature exhibition, scientific and applied, sports, flight, and entertainment programs. MAI and aerospace industry enterprises will organize an exhibition of aircraft and scientific developments, along with interactive workshops. In the flight zone, rocket and aircraft model enthusiasts will showcase their skills. The flight program will include parachute jumps and demonstration performances by the Russian Aerospace Forces aerobatic team “Стрижи”.

🇷🇺 Are you an international student or foreign citizen living in Russia? Then we invite you to take part in the nationwide project “Know. Love. Be Proud!” and discover Russia from different perspectives ✨

📌 From May to August 2026, participants will go through three stages of the project — regional, district, and federal — with each stage offering a deeper immersion into Russian history, traditional crafts, gastronomy, technological achievements, and much more.

👥 Participation is open both individually and as part of a team. Children, young people, families from all regions of Russia, as well as foreign citizens living and studying in the country, are welcome to join.

🏆 At the end of the project, winners will receive the opportunity to travel to any part of Russia — from Kamchatka to Primorsky Krai — while finalists will enjoy exciting trips within their own federal districts.

💫 The project is organized by Rosmolodezh within the framework of the program “More Than a Journey”.

HeliRussia 2026 is the only exhibition in Russia showcasing the full spectrum of the helicopter industry and unmanned aerial systems — from design and manufacturing to operation, UAVs, and advanced air mobility technologies.

The exhibition will take place on June 4–5, 2026 at Crocus Expo, Pavilion 2, Hall 5.

HeliRussia brings together leading Russian and international companies, industry experts, and business representatives, providing opportunities for networking, cooperation, and discussions on the future of the aerospace and helicopter industries. The exhibition also features a rich business program with conferences, seminars, and round tables dedicated to current industry challenges and innovations.

✈️ International students can visit the exhibition for free on June 5 by simply showing their student ID (студенческий билет). No prior registration is required.
