Only borrowers who pass our multi-stage verification get listed on Maclear.

While a project is still a review, you’ll see it in the “Compliance Process” tab, so you can plan ahead.

🌟 You choose your project

Browse open projects and pick what fits your strategy.

Minimum investment: €50.

Your funds move to "Reserved" status — earmarked for the project, but not yet transferred.

🌟 Funds are transferred

Once the target is reached and the borrower meets all conditions, funds are transferred. This takes up to 10 working days.

Status changes from "Reserved" to "Invested." You receive your Claim Assignment Agreement and Repayment Schedule.

🌟 Interest starts

Calculations begin only after funds actually reach the borrower.

🌟 Repayments flow back

Interest is paid monthly throughout the loan term. As the borrower repays, funds land directly in your Maclear account.

Then you decide: reinvest or withdraw.
