In much the same way that the Germans are often used as a proxy to hate European Whites, the regime approved historical narrative about the American South is used to promote hatred against White Americans. Those are just two of the blueprints.

Many Americans have a… convenient… belief that no foreign actors would try to manipulate us and that’s “in the past” because the American regime is the ultimate evil. It leaves us vulnerable to manipulation and pushing narratives by bad actors. Keep your wits about you.
