Network App Gone?

So I just noticed Apple's Network app is gone from the Applications/Utilities folder. Anyone know why they removed it and what is a good free app to replace it with? I liked the way it was laid out and ease of use and don't want to use the Terminal for things that the Network app did very easily.

I made a desktop sticky notes app because switching between apps was annoying

https://reddit.com/link/1szr2x5/video/e2cjof3qpayg1/player

I kept running into the same problem:

\- I just wanted to jot something down quickly

\- But I had to open a notes app every time

\- And switching between windows kept breaking my flow

So I built a small tool for myself: Enote

The idea is simple:

\- Notes stay directly on your desktop (like real sticky notes)

\- You can drag, resize, and place them anywhere

\- Supports Markdown

\- Always visible when you need it

Basically:

"Capture thoughts instantly, without breaking focus."

Download (Mac):

Appstore

app to sync any files online: obsidian, bear notes, apple notes

Hi everyone,

I've made my own version of dropbox/icloud where files from my mac synced/versioned to the cloud.

the cool thing is that every change is realtime and files are versioned(git commits!) and can be restored.

it works with any type of files, but has special intentions for apple notes, bear notes, claude, obsidian etc.

Lifetime AnyFrame: Just launched on the Mac App Store. Share any region of your screen in video calls

My Dell U4025QW during a Teams call. The dashed pink frame is what AnyFrame is sharing. everything outside stays on my Mac.

What is shared via Teams, Meet or Zoom.

Problem

Zoom, Teams, Meet and other video call apps give you the same two options: share your whole screen (and expose every notification, every Slack ping, every browser tab), or share one window (rigid, no side-by-side context). Neither works when you want to show specific apps together without exposing everything else, especially on a larger display where the whole screen becomes unreadable for viewers.

Comparison

vs. native macOS screen sharing: AnyFrame lets you frame any region, combine multiple apps in one share, and resize the frame mid-call without restarting the share.

vs. virtual camera tools: AnyFrame uses ScreenCaptureKit and appears as a regular window in any video call's share picker. Full resolution, no driver to install.

vs. PBP (Picture-by-Picture) on hardware: PBP requires input switching and sacrifices workspace. AnyFrame is software, works on any Mac, no monitor configuration changes.

Pricing

14-day free trial, everything unlocked.

After trial: short sessions stay free (5 minutes, three per day) so you can keep it as a backup.

For unlimited use:

Monthly: €4.99 / $3.99

Yearly: €29 / $34.99

Lifetime: €49 / $44.99 Founding Supporter for the next 4 weeks (€79 / $69.99 after)

Mac App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6762270634

Site with demo: https://anyframe.app

Built by me solo over 8 months. Native Swift. No cloud, no telemetry, no analytics. Sandboxed via Mac App Store.

Honest feedback welcome. What works, what doesn't, what's missing.
