I was tired of pressing ⌘ + i all the time so I made this macOS app that'd inspect a file with a single click. It's called Informant - You can download it for free at the link in the comments! Let me know what you guys think :)

[REQUEST] Ping displayed on menubar. Free only pls.
I just need to ping google or some website, only one, to monitor my internet connection. One that display's the number in the menubar without needing to click it.Currently I'm using terminal and I prefer not to click an app every time just to see it.All apps are paid so far.

npm search for Alfred
I've created an npmjs package search workflow. You just pass the name of the package after the npm keyword and it will show a list of suggested npm packages. Different icons are provided for packages with and without typescript support. When copying, the link to the npm website is copied to the clipboard. And when the enter button is pressed, the particular npm package page in npm is opened in the browser. You can download the workflow here: Alfred npm searchhttps://preview.redd.it/df2gszclmti71.png?width=1528&format=png&auto=webp&s=40225c07a9b7eb2bf000b6f5ddd3896dc97b9b6a

Alfred not detecting m4a tags
Hi, so I just downloaded Alfred earlier today. I noticed that it can't find songs by using tags as keywords. For example, Westlife What About Now won't give any results, but Westlife will give me the folder of the songs (which is named Westlife), and if I just type the title, What About Now, it will give me the song itself (which has its file name named What About Now), but none of them come from the tag inside the song.Already using IN and TAGS but no luck.Any idea what's going on here? Thank you!

PDF Editor & Viewer
Hello everyone,I’m currently a Adobe Acrobat Pro user and will soon be moving to a full subscription since I’ve been using it under a student subscription. I don’t really want to pay an annual fee anymore and was wondering what other best alternatives are out there on Mac?I’ve come across PDFExpert & PDFPen Pro but not sure which one is better for my needs. My needs are to fill and sign PDFS, edit them and also use OCR.Thanks in advance :)

Substitute to sidecar
Hey guys I am borrowing my sisters iPad pro. I would be using it as a secondary monitor for my MBP. I can’t use sidecar because we have a different apple id. Any apps that can be a substitute to sidecar? I heard about duet but I prefer a free app. Thanks guys. If there’s no free app I guess I need to buy duet 😂
