تمكنت طواقمنا من إنتشال شهيد وشهيدة و3 إصابات إثر استهداف منزل يعود لعائلة حرارة في حي التفاح…أثناء عمل الطواقم على إنتشال أحد الشهداء قام الجيش الإسرائيلي بالإتصال على أحد المواطنين وإبلاغه بإخلاء المكان تمهيداً لقصفه،
تم قصف المنزل مرة أخرى دون مقدرة الطواقم على إنتشال الشهيد.


Our teams managed to retrieve the bodies of a male and a female martyr, along with three injured, following the targeting of a house belonging to the "Harara" family in Al-Tuffah neighborhood. While the teams were working to retrieve one of the martyrs, the Israeli army called one of the citizens and informed him to evacuate the area in preparation for another strike.
The house was bombed again before the teams could retrieve the martyr.

"الدفاع المدني" تستنكر استهداف الاحتلال "كباشات" تستخدمها للخدمات الإنسانية

▪️استنكرت المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني في قطاع غزة بشدة تدمير الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تسعة "كباشات" باستهدافها داخل مقر بلدية جباليا النزلة شمال القطاع.

▪️وأكدت المديرية أنها استخدمت الكباشات بالتعاون مع البلديات في المهمات الإنسانية لازالة الركام و انقاذ الجرحى وانتشال الشهداء.

▪️وقال د. محمد المغير مدير الإمداد والتجهيز في الدفاع المدني إن الكباشات التسعة تم إدخالها عبر اللجنة القطرية المصرية على دفعتين خلال فترة وقف اطلاق النار الأخيرة، حيث شملت 5 كباشات CAT 950B، و 3 كباشات CAT 950E، وكباش واحد CAT 972.

▪️وأضاف أن طواقم الدفاع المدني استخدمت الكباشات في انتشال جثامين ورفات الشهداء من تحت الأنقاض وفي عمليات فتح الطرق لتحسين سرعة الاستجابة بمحافظتي رفح وخان يونس، كذلك استفادت منها بلديات محافظة الشمال في تسوية الأراضي لإنشاء مخيمات إيواء النازحين، وفي عمليات نقل جثامين الشهداء من المقابر الجماعية في محيط مستشفى كمال عدوان.

▪️وأعرب د. المغير عن استهجانه لاستهداف هذه المعدات والكباشات التي لم تستخدم إلا في العمل الخدماتي والإنساني، مشيرا إلى أنه جرى سابقا التوافق مع اللجنة القطرية المصرية على مكان مبيت الكباشات داخل كراج بلدية جباليا النزلة، وتم تزويدها بإحداثيات المكان، مؤكدا أنها منطقة لم يعلن الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بأنها منطقة إخلاء أو عسكرية خطرة.

▪️وشدد على أن استهداف الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لهذه الكباشات وكباشات تتبع لبلديات أخرى مخالفة صريحة للملحق الإضافي لعام 1977 الخاص بأجهزة التدخل الإنساني الخاص بحماية معدات ومركبات الدفاع المدني.

Civil Defense Condemns Israeli Occupation's Targeting of Humanitarian Equipment

▪️ The General Directorate of Civil Defense in Gaza strongly condemns the Israeli occupation's destruction of nine bulldozers in a targeted attack on the Jabalia al-Nazla Municipality headquarters in northern Gaza.

▪️ The Directorate confirmed that these bulldozers were used in humanitarian missions, in cooperation with municipalities, to clear rubble, rescue the wounded, and recover the bodies of martyrs.

▪️ Dr. Mohammed Al-Mughayir, Director of Supply and Equipment at the Civil Defense, stated that the nine bulldozers were brought in through the Egyptian Qatari Committee in two batches during the recent ceasefire. They included:

5 CAT 950B bulldozers

3 CAT 950E bulldozers

1 CAT 972 bulldozer

▪️ He added that Civil Defense crews used the bulldozers to:

- Recover the bodies of martyrs from under the rubble

- Clear roads to improve emergency response times in Rafah and Khan Younis

- Assist northern municipalities in leveling land for displacement camps

- Transport martyrs’ remains from mass graves near Kamal Adwan Hospital

▪️ Dr. Al-Mughayir expressed outrage at targeting these service and humanitarian vehicles, emphasizing that their location in the Jabalia al-Nazla municipal garage had been coordinated with the Egyptian Qatari Committee, and their coordinates were shared. He stressed that Israel had never declared the area an evacuation or military zone.

▪️ He emphasized that Israel’s attack on these bulldozers, including those belonging to other municipalities, is a blatant violation of the 1977 Additional Protocol, which protects civil defense vehicles and humanitarian intervention equipment.
