咖啡豆經過磨豆機後會帶正電或負電. 這些咖啡粉會再結合, 造成通道效應/萃取不均. 新研究發現18g的咖啡豆噴 0.36g 的水(小噴瓶3-4次)可綜合磨豆時產生的正/負電, 改善咖啡萃取. 不過還要更多實驗. 噴那麼多水誰知道對磨豆機長期有沒影響. 就讓他們去試, 之後撿現成的就好😄
