كيف نتعافى من أقدم جرح في الحياة؟

يكبر الطفل مؤمنًا بأن الأهل هم النموذج المثالي في كل شيء ، بالتالي يكوّن الإنسان مفاهيمه عن الحياة والعلاقات وعن نفسه أثناء الطفولة. لسوء الحظ قد يكون تأثير الأهل مدمرًا عندما تُقابَل هذه الثقة بأهل غير ناضجين عاطفيًا ، لا يرتاحون لإظهار المشاعر ولا التجاوب مع احتياجات الطفل.
