OH SHIT this reminds me of my uncle's surreal graduation cerimony

We got to a fancy place like this one, and we waited in a saloon while the screen played stock footage of some guy playing violin very intensely

Then the cerimony started, people talked, and at one point the graduees played a homemade video from some party they had to celebrate, and it was the most 2000s Windows Movie Maker project I ever saw

And then the most surreal part was that at one point some people came in, dressed in crappy Disney character costumes and started dancing funk or some other raunchy music in the middle of this fancy ass event

Oh yeah, I remember my grandma left some rice on the stove before we left.

So we come back five hours later, the rice and the pan are carbonized and the kitchen is filled with smoke

No causalties other than the immense waste of gas

That was probably the strangest night I ever had

Today I learned

I was monologuing to myself in my head, and when thinking about the broad quality of something I said "We're going for... breadth? Is that a word?"
