Job Description
- Installing and setting up users computer workstations, printers, and relevant software for users need.
- Support and troubleshoot any software system.
- Maintenance on computer, printer and scanning machine.
- Setting up WIFI network and resolving WIFI network issues.
- Able to do project site travel for CCTV installation, WIFI and other technology support
Job Requirements
- At least 3rd year IT major.
- Sound knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, TCPIP, Network Topology and firewall.
- Experience in WiFi technology
- Sound familiar with Network and WAN Security
- Sound knowledgeable in DHCP, Domain setting and DNS
- Experience Camera installation
