- Rework defconfig and regenerate some useless conf based on msm8937 perf
- Nuke intellithermal for now, stock one is great too
- Fixed useless log in dmesg: thermal, hotplug policy switch err, false error message in cpu_up, adreno jumping, add more
- Add cortex a53 optimized
- Add support for polly optimizations, only for clang build
- Drop KLapse 4.3 , and add KLapse 5.0
- Add clock-frequency property
- bring back Android.bp
- Remove Dynamic FSync and add static fsync
- Drop EXT2/3 filesystem support
- Add back vdd restriction, seems okay now
- Won't add wl blocker, kernel shouldnt add this (creepy thing)
- Make default msm hotplug cpu online:min 2 cores
- Rework GPU clock to improve compatibily: min gpu now is 216 mhz (216, 300, 375, 400, 450, 500, 550, 575 as max)
- Merge with f2fs 'linux-3.18.y' latest tag 5.3 rc1
- Merge latest anykernel3, thx to osm0sis@xda-developers
- More fix denials ( this not kernel thing, should be bug of rom )
- Spectrum updated for: thermal,drop dyn syc, add static sync, tweak msm butter battery for battery profile, increase gpu for all profiles, some tweaks, and reenable hotplug for gaming

🙈Feel the bug, cause different rom can be different bug😲,
🙈Dont complain about feature, cause i want to make it simple😌,
🙈Dont use core control for game because it will do hotplugging cpu🙄,
🙈Dont use vdd restriction for game, some rom cant use it for game and rebooting itself😂.
