Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) did not exist prior to 2004. First time used on the public was 2009. It’s a new legal instrument allowing the government and alike to bypass FDA regulations.
They essentially allow human experimentation.

The Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson Covid shots are all experimental. They have not been "approved" by the FDA. They have been authorized for "emergency use." Think of it this way: The moment you get one of these shots, you become a medical experiment.
The PCR is not a test but a D/RNA copying machine. With enough cycles (Ct > 30 is nonsense) it finds almost anything in almost anybody. It is also not FDA approved.
