Added Quote template that allows setting text, author and optional date. Will be easier for us to change style across the whole wiki in the future if we ever need it.

We are so lucky to have Ellie. I feel like wiki.lt3.moe would be a stillborn project if not for her. I didn't do the math but I think she's written the greater portion of the wiki at this point.

Also maintenance was of course successful so now we have like 2 gigs of space to place all the wiki content we want. Tho I still recommend against uploading multi-meg PNGs or else mobile loading will be shit :3
