It is genuinely harmful to use euphemisms when discussing serious issues. Refuse to do so every time.
They aren't unhoused, they're homeless. The euphemism is there to soften the language and make you more apathetic.
They didn't unalive themselves, they committed suicide. The euphemism is inherently unserious and actively demeans the entire issue.
They weren't graped, they were raped. The euphemism actively encourages us to treat the issue as something secret and shameful when the only way to fix problems like that is to confront them in the harsh light of day.
Euphemisms exist as a way for adults to refer to things in the presence of children who are not yet old enough to understand the truth. You are not those children, but if you use the euphemisms enough, if you let others use the euphamisms enough, then you *will* be complicit in raising up a generation of adults that never learn how to interact with these serious topics and who will be more susceptible to propaganda and manipulation.

uwawawa so greggy!
I am not pursuing a PhD in Applied Energistics 2, so currently I am thinking of learning Steve's Factory Manager to do Vac Nuke automation. Cause I am doing a dilly-dally fun GTNH run and I already used computercraft twice for this in the past!
