I love checking homeworks done with Cursor and zero effort cause I can just run the entrypoint and tests, see that the program does not work despite student's claims of using clean architecture, TDD and other cool practices, and immediately give them a zero without reading any of their hilariously bloated codebase.

All of the recent AI developments made me treat fancy READMEs with emojis and file structure indented with those fancy symbols as a red flag honestly. But it's not something new - even when I myself was a student I remember some of my peers making absurdly detailed summaries when submitting work. For some reason people think that this is gonna save their asses when they didn't put any real effort into doing the actual assignment.
