Upwork is just one such platform, there are several other platforms btw.

These projects are already available online. You can literally start earning today itself once you learn the skills from the bootcamp.

Today we will teach this for free in our bootcamp.

Think of what you can earn if you learn this and work for these clients.

Many of you may recall a video that went viral In June this year – of a senior executive with a private bank, screaming abuse at his teammates and humiliating them in front of their colleagues on a video call.

While the video triggered some of the worst memories of my life as a salaried employee of India Inc, it also reminded me exactly why I decided to stop looking for a job and become a freelancer in 2020.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Toxic bosses who feel threatened by more competent junior colleagues
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Daily insecurities
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Constant humiliation
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Zero growth opportunities even after a decade of dedicated service No respect for experience or integrity

Can you relate to any of this❓
πŸ‘13😁2
These were some of the major reasons I decided enough was enough when, at the height of the Covid lockdown, some of my colleagues and I lost our jobs overnight, apparently because of β€˜cost cutting’, which we later found out was a lie. Our reporting manager merely wanted to use Covid as an excuse to get rid of some of us.

The experience taught me how unstable and insecure even the most apparently secure job could be. And how I was at the mercy of a few people who could decide my fate from a distance, without taking my hard work, loyalty, or expertise into account.

So I decided to be my own boss. Even though I was a single parent, and had no previous experience of freelancing.

I knew I was good at what I did, and I knew I could do it far better without someone constantly breathing down my neck.

So, I launched my career as a freelance writer and consultant.

Yes, the journey had its ups and downs. When I started out, I wasn’t sure what kind of work would come my way. There was no assured salary at the end of the month. There were months when I received virtually no work. I had to learn how to manage my money so that one β€˜dry’ month didn’t mean I couldn’t put food on the table.

Just over three years down the line, I can tell you this:

πŸ‘‰πŸ» I am making more money than I ever made as a salaried employee

πŸ‘‰πŸ» I am working from the peace of my home

πŸ‘‰πŸ» I have flexible working hours

πŸ‘‰πŸ» I have a steady stream of work that I have chosen to do

πŸ‘‰πŸ» I can refuse work that I don’t want to do

πŸ‘‰πŸ» I don’t have to deal with insecure bosses who feel they must put me down in order to raise themselves up

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Today, my only regret is that I waited nearly a decade and a half before deciding to go solo. What a waste.

How many of you can say that?
