Some girls miss school because of periods.
Some women suffer in silence because talking about menstruation is still considered “embarrassing.”
Menstrual health is not just a women’s issue it is a health, dignity, and human rights issue.
Let’s normalize conversations about periods and support safe menstrual hygiene for all. 🩷
