Even after the collapse of the empire, Istanbul remains the capital of the world, It not only intersects West and East, but it is a place where Africa meets Europe, Asia meets America, the Caribbean meets Oceania. The heritage of Islam, Christianity and Judaism is clearly felt there. Residents of all 195 UN countries can stay in Istanbul at the same time. That's why there are probably two Babylons on earth today: New York and Istanbul.
Tourists talk about it as a city from a fairy tale, but in fact, it is a paradise on earth for its inhabitants.
Routine is inevitable
People who are used to a dynamic lifestyle always try to avoid routine. Mostly for work, although in other areas too.
However, the truth is that most routines cannot be avoided.
What can I say, even if the heads of state spend most of their time on routine activities.
It seems to me that it is not necessary to avoid routine, but to do what you like. Then the routine becomes invisible.
The Orientation Week is not just about helping students understand the basic processes of the University's structure. It has a broader goal - integration into society. Only a few universities practice this, and this is a very important point. It is impossible to increase the number of students only at the expense of the attractiveness of the national education. In this regard, the competition is too high. In recent years, new serious players, the so-called "dark horses", have appeared on the world stage of educational services. These are Poland, the Czech Republic, the Republic of South Korea and Turkey.
Therefore, it is especially necessary to focus on what is also important for a student when choosing a country to study in. Especially if any foreigner's acquaintance with the country begins with a border guard officer, and then, perhaps, the police with their friendly attitude. And this event is one of the many tools to attract students by creating a sense of need, no matter what.
