β’ Conduct driver interviews and background checks
β’ Match drivers with the most suitable carrier or account based on experience, location, and personal situation
β’ Pre-qualify drivers according to carrier-specific requirements (CDL class, experience, MVR, employment history, criminal background, drug/alcohol policy)
β’ Coordinate orientation dates, travel arrangements, and onboarding details with carriers
β’ Maintain consistent follow-up with active leads to prevent drop-off and improve conversion rates
β’ Address driver questions, concerns, and objections clearly and ethically
β’ Meet weekly and monthly recruiting goals (hires, orientations, show-up rate)
β’ Work closely with the recruiting manager and team to improve processes and results
