• Efficiently plan and update delivery routes to optimize time, fuel, and resources utilization
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure timely updates on delivery statuses, delays, or route changes
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding delivery status, estimated arrival times, and any concerns

— Ability to speak English( B2) and Russian(B2) fluently.
— Good communication and negotiation skills.
— Good problem solving skills.

— RUSSIAN is MUST

• Monitor driver logs and ELD records

Monitor Samsara safety alerts, dashcam footage, and driving events
Review safety violations and communicate findings to drivers
Document incidents and maintain accurate safety records
Track driver performance and identify safety trends
Escalate critical safety issues to management
Assist in improving fleet safety programs and compliance processes
Prepare daily and weekly safety reports

Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply if they possess a strong command of English (C1 level) and excellent communication skills.
