• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure timely updates on delivery statuses, delays, or route changes
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding delivery status, estimated arrival times, and any concerns

— Ability to speak English( B2) and Russian(B2) fluently.
— Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Monitor driver logs and ELD records
