[本地有感地震報告] （更新）據香港天文台的初步分析，2022年3月14日(星期一)上午2時29分中國東南部近岸發生一次 4.1級地震，震中位於北緯22.51度，東經115.04度附近，即香港之東北偏東約92公里。
香港天文台接獲超過八千名市民報告，表示感到輕微震動，震動維持數秒。初步分析顯示本港的地震烈度為修訂麥加利地震烈度表的第IV (四)度，即懸掛的物件擺動。門、窗、碗碟發出響聲。

【香港地震】惠東對出海域發生4.1級地震，港島寶珊地震站錄得的地震波形圖，圖中可見明顯震感至少維持數秒至10秒。
今次地震各區震感明顯，但這個震級的地震並不會產生海嘯，市民無需擔心。
不過市民要留意，雖然這次地震並無海嘯風險，但呂宋海峽附近的馬尼拉海溝處於板塊交界，如果該區他朝發生大地震並產生顯著海嘯，則有可能嚴重影響華南沿岸及台灣沿海一帶。

1，普京雖然是KGB出身，只是中層幹部。外界不要對特工頭子這種職位的能力有過分占士邦式的迷信，他派駐德累斯頓時很平庸，上司對他沒有印象。
2，普京今日的「自信」來自控制人民和輿論，他不怕貪污的百億富豪有逆反，最擔心高層內部有密謀推翻他的人。近日美國有政要人物，由國會議員都索羅斯，紛紛發出訊號：凱撒大帝身邊的人，考慮自己把他幹掉。
3，普京今日的變化，是由於長期權力不受制衡，「他的腦袋裏沒有一個小普京在制衡他」（He has no little man in his head that checks on him )，「如果你以為是全公司最聰明的人，你已經走上失敗之路」（If you think you are the smartest man in the room, you have set yourself up for failure )。
論真材實料，普京至少精通德文柔道，在公眾前彈得一手鋼琴至少完整過江泽民，並非只憑中學考試測驗考第一，至少不是草包。然而這種自大狂也難免走上成魔的邪路。何況在西方文明世界之外，迷信「威權統治」、口口聲聲鄧小平李光耀的其他起跑線低得多的各種大小男女「強人」？
