Chocolate Finance will revise its SGD Account interest rates from 1 December 2025 to reflect changing market conditions. The maximum guaranteed rate (for the first S$50K) will fall from 2.5% p.a. to 2.0% p.a.
New rates (p.a.):
• First S$20K: 2.00% (from 2.50%)
• Next S$30K: 1.80% (from 2.20%)
• Above S$50K: Up to 1.80% (from up to 2.20%) — not covered by the top-up programme
✅ No change to account features or eligibility criteria.
💰 On S$50K, that’s S$940/year (down from S$1,120) — about S$78.33/month instead of S$93.33.
💡 Short-Term Alternatives to Consider:
— Standard Chartered BonusSaver @ up to 5.5% p.a.
