📢 Update on Recent Video Playback Issue
We recently discovered that some videos were freezing during playback due to missing files.
This issue has been fully resolved for all new uploads — new videos now play smoothly.
We’ve also updated our encoding process and improved the way files are uploaded to S3:
▫️Encoding may now take slightly longer than before (but not significantly).
▫️In return, video playback speed is now up to 2x faster compared to older videos.
We’re currently working on fixing the remaining affected videos this week — thank you for your patience and support! ❤️

▪️This adjustment is due to our transition to a new advertising provider, which requires us to recalibrate the current rates.
💡 The good news is that we are actively negotiating for higher rates with the new provider and expect improvements in the near future to better support our community.

Some members have been asking why their videos are only 2–3 minutes long but still take quite a while to encode.
The reason is that we recently updated our upload workflow:
It’s a first-come, first-served queue — those who upload earlier get processed first, and those who upload later will need to wait.
However, this process ensures that your videos are always delivered in the safest and most stable way, without issues later on.
