India has unveiled PRAHAAR, its first comprehensive National Counter-Terrorism Policy, marking a major overhaul of the country’s security doctrine. Released by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the framework targets evolving threats ranging from cross-border terror networks to cyber attacks, drones, dark web financing and CBRNED risks.
