❗️NOTICE to 4th Year AASTU Architecture Students (2015 EC) batch

Subject: For students who are interested in fast track program

Important! This notice outlines key details regarding the Graduate Admission Test (GAT), required for Fast Track Program consideration.

Key GAT Details:

• GAT Exam: August 5-6, 2025 (Hamle 29-30 EC). All interested students MUST take this exam. 🗓️
• Independent Application: The Department will NOT provide individual notifications. You are responsible for registering for the GAT and meeting deadlines. Be alert for announcements from MoE and related channels, NOT AASTU website.
• GAT Requirement: Successful completion of the GAT is mandatory for Fast Track.

Eligibility:

• CGPA: In addition to the GAT:
• Women: 3.4 👩‍🎓
• Men: 3.5 🧑‍🎓

Next Steps:

• Department Announcement: After the GAT, the Department will announce the Fast Track application period.
• Application: Submit GAT results to apply.

Time is Limited! ⏳ You have ~1.5 months to prepare. Register & prepare effectively!

We strongly encourage eligible students to register and prepare for the GAT.

📢 UIA2026BCN – UIA International Student Competition: Catalysts of Resilience. Apply by 7 November 2025.

Pleased to announce the UIA International Student Competition, inviting students worldwide to propose spatial design solutions under the theme “Catalysts of Resilience,” focusing on resistance and adaptation to predictable threats.

In the context of the congress topic "Becoming. Architectures for a planet in transition", Participants are encouraged to prioritise time-based design strategies that foster dynamic transformations, respectful of each site’s physical and cultural context. Projects should focus on vulnerable urban, suburban or rural areas facing ecological, social, political or material challenges, proposing proactive strategies to anticipate and mitigate future challenges, thereby enabling these territories to adapt and act as catalysts for eco-social transformation.
