🔹 Open it in the morning, straight to the red events. NFP, rates, PMI.
🔹 5 min before I close every position on that pair and set an alarm.
🔹 After the number drops I sit on my hands 10-15 min until the madness calms down, then look for entries.
🔹 If the print is miles off forecast I don’t touch the pair for hours – total bloodbath.
