Saw Frankenstein again and I just wanna distance myself from these shots.π What in the Temple Run!

I'm sick of social media companies selling our data to one another. Now Telegram, too?! I visit a channel on here and engage with a post about something. Then I open YouTube and my fyp is full of said thing?! Happened way too many times.
This is not divine timing or Jungian synchronicity. It's damned data brokers spying on us and keeping us trapped in an echo chamber. No growth, no nothing!

Nothing makes you realize you're an adult like looking forward to sleeping, I swear. I spent my entire childhood and youth feeling like I would miss out on something if I slept early. I still have issues with it but these days, I'm looking forward to my little routines before bed and I feel at peace instead of ashamed.
And I don't feel too disconnected from early birds. Because I know how they do it now. Mornings don't feel like waking up from the dead anymore.
What I don't like is the dreams. Man, I seldom had dreams in my life but they're recurring now. I don't like dreaming and it feels like I'm not sleeping as deeply but oddly enough, I have more energy during the day.
P.S. This post is not sponsored by Helix mattress or Kestedamena.π

Love this crossover b/n The Bookworm and Frankenstein but this room looks so fake. Don't know why I'm hating on my favorite film of the year.
Folks, since social media is stealing so much of my time and energy, I'm not gonna be active on here this month and I'll only be posting book reviews or if there is something I have to get off my shoulders.
I'm also deleting YouTube so wish me luck!π
To hell with video alalyses that only feign originality but are essentially copies of one another. To hell with those oversimplified video titles that hack your reasoning. (Blah Blah, Blah Blah and the so and so-ification of Blah Blahπ ).
To hell with those obviously staged couple shorts and crowd work comedies! I love Key and Peele but to hell with them too! And watching more shorts of the best sitcoms than their actual episodes ruined them for me.
Let's not get started about all the political rage-bait and gender war.
Take this as my slightly patronizing reminder that we have our real lives waiting for us on the analogue world.
The goal is exodus. To escape. To leave the collective mania. To leave the circle jerk of unchallenging, like minded individuals (excuse my language).
I have to escape my own algorithm: the specially tailored spider web woven just for me. Besides, I don't like the false sense of accomplishment I feel whenever I post trivial stuff.

P.s. I don't want to discourage watching good/educational videos on YouTube, but since most of my time is wasted in the name of watching free lectures, I recommend pirating the important ones to save for offline use and downloading more only after having watched and understood the ones in your possession.
