Simple but very #delicious #parmigiana #chicken and #beef

Easy #dinner #prep for this evening! Pulled out some @colessupermarkets frozen #chickenschnitzel (plus a #beefschnitzel - un- crumbed for #gf me).

Fried some #eggplant 🍆#aubergine in #herbs and #garlic.

Blended one can of #dicedtomatoes🍅 and assembled with a sprinkle of cheese and #driedparsley on-top.

#realife post - I'm making #dinner and about to also make a large pot of #stock (might need two pots with the amount of #frozen bones in that bag). I'm also about to make #spaghettibolognese in my other #crockpots as well 😳

Yes there is #mess (I was out all morning till 12noon) - #breakfast is still out, groceries haven't been put away, and I've got various ingredients all over the kitchen to cook the spaghetti sauce. The the sink has dishes, the dishwasher needs to go on, but this is the real life that you don't often get to see on Instagram.

Got #dinner (and enough to freeze for another meal) organised early this morning.

Have I mentioned how much I love my @brevilleaus #flavourmaker #slowcooker #crockpot 😍 the fact I can get and cook on the stovetop first, then just lift the pot back into the heated base is the best.

#spaghettibol #bolognesesauce with #celery #onions #garlic #herbs #carrots #eggplant #zucchini #beefmince (found some frozen crushed tomatoes in the freezer), and lastly, added a bottle of #passata, then poured #redwine into the empty bottle, shook and added also to the dish along with freshly picked #bayleaves . Once the #tomatoes have melted, will add cracked #salt and #pepper and give it a good mix.

My kitchen is clean and I'm now for that second cup of #coffee 😁☕

#dinner tonight (see my profile for the previous post) , I'm eating #gf #pennepasta with my homemade #spaghettibolognese #sauce and #parmesancheese (the rest of the family have regular pasta instead).

Sunday's are usually a day that I can't be bothered cooking and if I do, it's always something last minute or very simple.

My lunch today was quick (as I had leftover #salad already made up in the fridge and just quickly fried up some #salami to go on top.

But my #kitchen is a #mess. I've been out since school drop-off, done a #workout and another if you count the #grocery shop and lifting in and out of the car too.

Shopping is all over the bench and still in bags on the floor, plus I'm also trying to sort out #dinner tonight (hence the #crockpots out and the #multifry - AS STILL NO OVEN - amongst the clutter). But I needed to stop for #lunch first 💪😳 #keepingitreal #messykitchen #needcoffee

Finally I can sit down for a minute or two - #lattee #coffee ☕ time.

The kitchen is tidy once again, and #dinner underway. A #cake for #dessert is cooking in the @delonghi_au #multifry at the moment.

Testing the new #oven @smegaustralia - #cakes are cooking well, but I'm still not use to cooking #dinner inside yet. My old #smeg was so much better.
