Yesterday, I prepared dinner and was given some buck wheat and spelt flour (both meant to be low in #Gluten). I made up a focaccia bread /cheese slice to have with soup.
Normally, one bite of homemade bread doesn't effect me, but instantly I got a #scratchy #sorethroat and #cough . I ate the rest of my dinner, then knew something was wrong when I had the rest of the #symptoms listed below.
Perhaps #xanthiumgum was hidden in the flour, because I'm still suffering this morning.

Saw this #professionalcleaning video on how they just use #dishwashingliquid to clean the shower (and rest of the bathroom), so I bought the @aldiaustralia $1.19 #dishwashing liquid and the $1.50 #scrubber from @bunnings , gave it a try (while taking a shower) and was amazed how easy it was, plus it WORKED!!!
This little #scrubbing #brush will now stay in our ensuite shower, but I'll need to purchase two more for our other bathrooms and tell the kids to use them too. (They need to keep their own bathrooms tidy).
