Exhaustion - 2 X large #gastronome #pastabakes - #salad prepped and cut up, followed by.20kg of #potatosalad the in 4 X gastronome trays in my laundry fridge.

Still got to prep the meat tomorrow (and fit it in this fridge) - picking up from a local butcher.

My feet #ache , my eyes are struggling to stay open, but this #wine #vino is #essential tonight.

Yesterday, I prepared dinner and was given some buck wheat and spelt flour (both meant to be low in #Gluten). I made up a focaccia bread /cheese slice to have with soup.

Normally, one bite of homemade bread doesn't effect me, but instantly I got a #scratchy #sorethroat and #cough . I ate the rest of my dinner, then knew something was wrong when I had the rest of the #symptoms listed below.

Perhaps #xanthiumgum was hidden in the flour, because I'm still suffering this morning.

This is my easy go to recipe, when dinner has to be made and either you have little time (or in my case today), feeling a little unwell.
