On January 31, 2025, Judge Scott McAfee conducted a pre-trial hearing to determine and narrow the issues to be tried before the jury in the third freemason tribunal against me presently scheduled to commence on May 5 in Atlanta.

Despite his assurances to the contrary, his pre-trial orders (rulings) were not signed and received until late April, 2 weeks before the start of the trial.

I moved for a continuance of the trial until July in order to have time to fairly prepare for the trial in light of his belated rulings.

My motion for continuance was QUICKLY denied just hours after it was filed.

Yesterday afternoon, plaintiffs’ counsel requested another pre-trial hearing before Judge McAfee to obtain more pre-trial rulings.

Judge McAfee promptly agreed to plaintiffs’ counsel’s request and scheduled another pre-trial hearing for Friday at 1 p.m. I will be allowed to attend by Zoom.

2 days before the scheduled start of trial on Monday!!!

I will again be left with inadequate time to prepare for the trial and deal with whatever new rulings he makes on Friday.

What happened to fundamental fairness, due process of law, and equal protection under the law???

Those fundamental Constitutional rights are not afforded to a non-freemason litigant in a freemason tribunal.

God knows what is happening and who is doing it.

I trust God and know that He will deal with wrongdoers, lies and injustice on His timing and in the manner of His choosing.

While I wait on the LORD, I will press on.

After receiving the sad news this morning about Baby Motley Moo Donald, I met with the small animal vets at Tomotley to examine the puppies.

ALL the puppies are doing GREAT!!!

Allie and Motley need to lose a few pounds so I will cut back on their food and get them outside more for exercise. I could use some exercise myself!!! I will let them run while I walk (slowly as my legs are still weak).

Thee and Crew tested NEGATIVE for heart worms after testing positive well over a year ago. The treatment worked although it was a major pain over several months to get them to take their medicine.

Rascal and Hero are GREAT too although Hero had a faint positive test for heart worms. We will start treatment on Hero immediately expecting a successful result with him as we had with Thee and Crew.

I love my puppies!!!

God loves them too.

God created them.

God blessed me with many talents as a trial lawyer.

For 45 years, I fought hard, but fairly, for my clients as a trial lawyer with recognized success although I never sought recognition. I always gave credit for my success to others, including to my clients and the lawyers who worked with me.

I publicly shared my so-called “fame” with the lawyers who worked with me so that their legal careers could benefit from it.

Since shortly after I was reborn in August of 2018 as an imperfect son of God, the devil and his minions in earth have been unrelenting in their efforts to destroy me and my reputation as a trial lawyer.

I am still standing although the false attacks and false accusations have been painful to endure.

I have the peace of mind that comes from the knowledge that God, my Father, is in control.

Will the devil and his minions in earth be successful in totally destroying me in the flesh???

Maybe, but I know the end.

In less than a wisp of wind I will be in heaven with Jesus Christ for eternity.

It is who wins in the end that matters.

I vividly remember the meeting in the Oval Office that I had with President Trump on March 11, 2020 at his request.

I was escorted by a few of his administration officials down the hallway to the doorway of the Oval Office at 4:30 p.m. sharp, the scheduled time for the meeting.

There were several individuals in the Oval Office preparing for President Trump’s 7:00 p.m. statement from the Oval Office to the nation on the world wide “pandemic” declared that morning by the WHO.

Pat Cipollone, then White House counsel, was one of those who escorted me to the doorway of the Oval Office. None of the escorts entered the Oval Office when I met with President Trump.

When I appeared at the doorway, President Trump looked up and said aloud, “A great lawyer is about to enter this office.”

I turned slightly and pointed to my right and said, “You mean Pat Cipollone, Mr. President?”

President Trump responded, “Lin, come on in here.”

A day and a meeting I will never forget.
