On a visit in late March of 2020, a former friend who had moved to South Carolina, wanted to show me around the area where she lived. She stopped at the front gate of Tomotley so that I could view The Oak Alley of Tomotley.

As I looked down the Oak Alley, I could feel the presence of God.

I turned to her and said, “I think God wants me to buy Tomotley.”

I had a comfortable modest home in Atlanta on Greenview Avenue and comfortable modest second home at Lake Oconee in Greene County, Georgia.

I had ALL the shelter Allie and I needed.

I was not in the market to buy another house.

I did not hunt or fish. I did not know how to manage a large tract of property (I later learned Tomotley is 770.7 acres). I had NO experience as an innkeeper or as a farmer much less as a grower of rice. I knew nothing about cows.

I signed a contract to buy Tomotley the next day after I first saw the Oak Alley.

The sale closed on 4/30.

I made Tomotley my permanent home and residence in 2/2021.

By faith, I bought Tomotley and by faith, I made Tomotley my home.

God’s timing is always perfect.

God led me to Tomotley and I followed.

I will remain at Tomotley unless or until God tells me to go to another place.

I love Tomotley.

I love God.

Jesus Christ is God.

In 2023, I buried my sister Diane’s remains under a living oak in a grove in the front yard of Tomotley.

I have made my wishes known to the executrix of my Last Will and Testament that when I depart this world for heaven, that my remains be buried next to the remains of Diane under the same living oak tree.

Diane and I were very close as sister and brother in the flesh.

I want our perished remains to be close together in earth.

I pray Diane’s soul will be together with my soul in heaven.

Over the past few weeks, I have spoken several times with a sister in Christ who is suffering a painful separation from her 2 children in their early teens who have turned against her.

She tried to raised her children in a Godly home and struggles with the estrangement and their abandonment of their mother.

I have suffered a similar loss of my children for over 5 years.

I have gently discussed with her the Parable of the Prodigal Son.

The father did not chase after his son after giving the son his share of the father’s wealth as the son had requested. If he had chased after his son, the son would have only run further away from him.

The father let him go while always loving his son and praying for his son’s return.

The father gave God time to work on the son.

When the son lost everything and was destitute, he returned to his father crying that he had sinned against heaven and his father.

The father celebrated his son’s return.

His son was lost and had been found.

We do not always know why our children separate themselves from us although we know if we are believer and they are not, God will divide us from them.

I think I know other reasons why my children are afraid to contact me or speak with me.

We can only continue to love them and pray for them as doing so is the will of the Father.

We stop trying to control them to get what we want so badly.

We recognize that God is in control of their lives as He is in control of our own lives and we turn our children over to God and wait for Him to act. His will be done. Not ours. Not theirs.

I praise and thank God for the separation I have suffered for 5+ years from my children. It has been painful beyond words. I continue to love them deeply and pray for God to save them several times each day.

I have learned through my pain to understand the pain of others in a similar situation.

I have grown closer to God in the process and I trust Him to deal with the relationship between my children and me. Only He can.

I pray for the day when I can welcome my children home again and celebrate their return.

What others intend for evil, God turns into good for His children.

Romans 8:28.

We serve a magnificent, awesome, and all-powerful God.

God is good to His children even when they turn their back on Him for periods of time. He forgives them if asked to do so and welcomes them back to the flock.

When the devil and his minions in earth seek to attack you, they will also attack the people and things that you love the most.

The devil and his minions know who and what you love from studying your past. The devil and his minions do not know the future or control the future, but they will try to influence and manipulate it to harm you. They don’t care who they may harm in their efforts to harm you.

Given the vicious, false attacks to which I have been subjected over the last 5+ years, my children are safer by having nothing to do with me.

I believe President Trump has taken all available steps to protect his wife and children from his enemies.

Things are not always what they appear to be.

Please pray for me and my family. Please also pray for President Trump and his family.
