We are all struggling to find truth. We are struggling to discern truth from lies.

Who can we trust? Disloyalty seems to be somewhat rampant. Personal and other hidden agendas are at work.

Complicating our search is the tactic of photoshopping. Photos are skillfully altered or created to display a “false reality.”

You should also research and learn about “deep fakes.” In simple terms, a deep fake is a method to create videos that display a false reality.

I believe these media tactics are being used at present to create confusion, blur the line between truth and lie, and advance agendas of nefarious third party actors inside and outside of our country.

I hear reports that Dominion has sued Sidney Powell for defamation claiming her statements about Dominion voting machines and the 2020 election were false.

Wow. This should be interesting. Dominion may have ensnared itself. Under the law of defamation, DOMINION had the burden of proving falsity which means Dominion has to prove by admissible evidence that it did nothing wrong regarding the election and its machines.

I love Nicholas Sandmann. I was honored when he asked me to lead the battle against the angry mob which falsely accused him. I did my best for him and am proud that I obtained settlements for him against mainstream media giants CNN and The Washington Post. I wish Nicholas continued success in his remaining cases against NBC, CBS, ABC, Rolling Stone, Gannett, and The New York Times.

Todd McMurtry is an excellent lawyer who I assume will lead the battles for Nicholas now that I have been fired. I wish Todd luck. I am sure the best is yet to come.

When Todd McMurtry informed me that Nicholas Sandmann wanted me out of his cases, I told Todd I would be happy to withdraw voluntarily.

I was pleased when Todd admitted to me in our conversation that it was my argument before Judge Bertelsmann and my legal theory about the republication of Nathan Phillips’ lies that paved the way for success in all of Nicholas’ cases. Todd was right. I appreciated his honesty.

I am not receiving any fees on the remaining Sandmann cases. My professional obligation to Nicholas has now ended. I did my best for him. That is all I can do.

I will have no further comment on Nicholas Sandmann, his family, or his cases. Again, I wish this young man, his family and Todd luck.

As far as Todd McMurtry goes, I have always considered Todd to be my friend. I always tried to help him.

When his firm needed money to resolve a dispute with a former partner, I gave his firm $75,000 out of my pocket.

When Todd unsuccessfully ran for Congress last year, he asked for my help. I told him I would be happy to help him. I made the maximum personal contribution to his campaign. When Todd was attacked for tweets he posted a few years ago that appeared to be anti-Trump, I defended him under the idea that everyone was entitled to change his or her mind.

When Todd directed me to a PAC which supported his candidacy, I was asked to contribute $150,000. I did so as I believed Todd was a good man who would represent We The People in Congress.

I wish Todd luck with his legal career. I am sure the best is yet to come for Todd.

Well, well, well. Now Joy Reid has moved to have me disqualified as counsel for Roslyn La Liberte in Roslyn’s libel case in New York.

What is going on???

Does Joy love my writing so much that she wants me to retire so that I can write books?

Is Joy mad because I successfully defeated her motion to dismiss and now she has to engage in discovery?

Is Joy trying to avoid sitting across the table from me and being subjected to a thorough & sifting cross-examination which will shred her case & expose her lies?

Or is this just part of a larger strategy by the mainstream media to prevent legitimate libel plaintiffs from being represented by the lawyer of their choice?

Give it some thought. Draw your own conclusions. The right to counsel of your choice is an extremely valuable right under our Constitution.

Good morning. I was reflecting this morning on why I am the subject of so many vicious attacks being made to discredit me? I know the answer. I speak truth.

Since my adversary cannot successfully attack my message (i.e., truth is incontrovertible), he is left to only attack and attempt to discredit the messenger.

Does that make sense to you?

My support of President Trump is political. People have different political views. So the anti-Trumpers attack me because they do not like Trump. 80+ millions Patriots agree with me and disagree with the anti-Trumpers. That truth must make my adversary very unhappy.

What do I support outside of the political arena which is admittedly subject to different views?

(1) I believe in God and I try my imperfect best to follow the role model of Jesus Christ. There are certainly differences among us on faith issues. There are believers and non-believers. Believers support my views on faith. Non-believers do not. That is another reason for by my adversary to try to attack and discredit me.

(2) I strongly believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Freedom of speech is the bedrock of our Bill of Rights. I abhor censorship. Does my adversary hate our Constitution and our Constitutional rights?

(3) I have fought for honest elections and have tried to expose the massive amount of evidence that establishes that the 2020 election was a fraud. Does my adversary advocate for dishonest and fraudulent elections?

(4) I fight against the horrendous crimes of pedophilia and child sex trafficking. I want to expose individuals engaged in these crimes. Does my adversary support pedophilia and child sex trafficking? Does my adversary want the identities of the perpetrators of these heinous crimes to remain hidden and unknown to the public?

The high profile individuals who are influential people and support my positions are all, like me, being attacked as being “crazy,” as being “conspiracy theorists,” as being “grifters” or “liars.”
