Someone needs to ask current SCGOP Chair Drew McKissick why the SC Republican legislature is recognized as the most progressive, left leaning Republican legislature in the country?
Of course, in order to do so would require that McKissick answer questions from members of the SCGOP. Something I have noticed McKissick does not do very often. He has a habit of running out of the room after his stock stump speech demeaning Bikers for Trump.
The SCGOP deserves better than RINO Republicans like Drew McKissick and State Senator Luke Rankin (and the other Republican legislators who did not support SC citizens’ Second Amendment rights).

They are allegedly discussing the Second Amendment. I would enjoy shaking a few hands and saying a few words about my 100% support for our vitally important Second Amendment rights.

I am not invited.
I am told the event has been taken over by local Congressman William Timmons, a RINO Republican who does not wish to share “the stage” with anyone. I was told Timmons specifically said I could not attend and exercise my First Amendment right to speak and inform members of the SCGOP of my position on gun rights.
Hang on —the event is called CELEBRATE FREEDOM.
Are you kidding me?
I fully support celebrating the First and Second Amendments and ALL of our precious rights. Do you?
Mr. Timmons apparently feels differently.
(The event is hosted by Greenville Young Republicans. But are their leaders RINO Republicans. too? Patriots tell me the group was infiltrated by liberal RINO Republicans years ago.)

The U.S. Department of Justice reaffirmed last year that firing squads are still utilized by the federal government.
In my opinion, the penalty of death by firing squad is a viable legal execution method for individuals who are guilty of treason or crimes against humanity.
Anyone who conspires with a foreign entity to interfere in a United States election (such as the election of our President) is guilty of the crime of treason. Anyone means anyone.
Anyone who participates in trafficking of children, especially minor children, in order to torture, sexually assault, or kill them is guilty of a crime against humanity. Anyone means anyone.
No person is above the law. No person includes elected officials such as governors and state and federal legislators and officials, members of the propaganda media, businessmen and women, judges, lawyers, Hollywood celebrities, and even neighbors down the street.
America does not tolerate acts of treason or crimes against humanity.

The propaganda media and weaponized, agenda-driven grievance committee of the State Bar of Georgia have intentionally smeared my legal reputation by publishing that my pro hac vice status in the DELAWARE defamation case was revoked.

The trial judge brought a motion to revoke my pro hac vice on his own with NO complaint having been made against me by any client or third party.
In order to not delay Carter’s case (I could always advise him without being of record in the case), I informed the judge that I would withdraw as one of Carter’s lawyers.
The judge agreed that would moot his motion. The judge did agree that I could file my legal defenses before withdrawing so that my denial of wrongdoing would be officially part of the record.

I was the PLAINTIFF in the Georgia case and the complaint was filed by an independent law firm in Georgia which focused on election law.
The Georgia case was wrongfully dismissed on an erroneous finding that I lacked standing. It was NOT reviewed or dismissed on the merits.
Thereafter, Justice Clarence Thomas in a dissent to the Pennsylvania election case made clear he agreed with my legal theory and said the U.S. Supreme Court should have heard the issue but certiorari review was denied.
What in the world did I do wrong???

These were scrivener mistakes which had been easily corrected. Sidney’s team was working under time constraints and a few typos were inevitable. Lawyers are not disciplined for typographical and inadvertent mistakes in pleadings.
