fdisk COMMAND:
fdisk command is used for partition table manipulator. Hard disks can be divided into one or more logical disks called partitions.
SYNTAX:
The Syntax is
fdisk [options]
OPTIONS:
-l
List the partition tables for the specified devies and then exit.
-u
When listing partition tables, give sizes in sectors instead of cylinders.
-s
The size of the partition is printed on the standard output.
-b
Specify the sector size of the disk.
-C
Specify the number of cylinders of the disk.
-H
Specify the number of heads of the disk.
-S
Specify the number of sectors per track of the disk.
EXAMPLE:
fdisk /dev/hdb

What is Linux vmstat Command?
Explanation
vmstat COMMAND:
vmstat command monitor and report the information of system virtual memory usage, swap and disk input output devices. Vmstat 3 (3 represents 3 seconds) displays the usage of resources for every 3 seconds. Press Ctrl+c to quit.

2⃣ -f
Display the number of forks since boot.
3⃣ -m

Display a table of various event counters and memory statistics.
6⃣ delay
The delay between updates in seconds.
7⃣ count
The number of updates.
8⃣ -d
Report disk statistics (2.5.70 or above required).
9⃣ -p
followed by some partition name for detailed statistics (2.5.70 or above required)
