在开发中经常需要处理一些简单的对话需求，比如：
起变量名
查命令用法
查 API 文档
频繁切换浏览器很麻烦，希望直接在 VSCode 中完成。试过一些 Chat 插件，但遇到了一些通用的问题：
预置提示词影响通用问题效果
不支持用自定义 API
系统提示词无法全局配置（Roo Code）
有没有什么推荐的插件可以提前预置一些提示词调用么（Agent）？

目前docker官方有些bug,挑到昨天的版本才好,加上mcp mysql server ,ai deepseek或者qwen2.5 在 list tool, 然后execute ,总是有问题,过程不好分析,在cherry studio到时还好.
n8n看都是些小例子,真深入的没看到几个
