4. Confirmation: LinkedIn will ask you to confirm your decision. Click "Remove."

HOW I BUILD LONG-TERM STRATEGY PLANS FOR PROFESSIONALS LOOKING TO BECOME GLOBALLY SOUGHT AFTER.

Earlier in the month, morning, I had this 3 hr coaching call (8-11 am) with a client who is a Med. Dr. The "becoming the globallly sought after coaching program he signed up for is a bespoke program where I get to work with him for three months.

He came to me with three major goals
👉academic (schooling abroad)
👉building a personal brand,
👉 professional development (move from local to global in the development space) .

When we started working together in March, we created a strategy document.

Weekly, first, I review his assignment, and then I go to the 12-week strategy table we created in week 1 of the coaching program.

This first session is typically very intense because I need to listen to clients with my deep instincts and experience in picking out the valuable in thr intangibles while I listen to their history and then design a plan. After this session, a roadmap emerges.

By session 2, we start following the roadmap. We pick the focus of the day and work on it. Then, I give an assignment against the following session.

When I work with professionals, STRATEGY is my starting point. I am laser-focused on the bigger picture and lay a roadmap for arriving there.

For him, we have an agenda for short-term (1-6 months), mid-term (6-24 months ), and long-term five years. I created this strategy document with him in March during the first coaching call.

Even if the program with him is a three-month program, the idea is to make him globally sought after, which is a long-term goal.😁

I love when I can literally change someone's life by designing a roadmap on how it gets done.

It is a lot of mental work but very fulfilling.
