2. Dropdown Menu: Click on the "More" dropdown on their profile.

3. Remove Connection:Select "Remove connection" from the dropdown menu.

4. Confirmation: LinkedIn will ask you to confirm your decision. Click "Remove."

Note that this is PROFESSIONAL, not Personal
