我 2010 年左右在一个澳洲公司做，里面的一半人是白人客服，他们有的时候电话支持是这样的：“你看到电脑最下面有一排图标吗，里面有一个指南针一样的，用鼠标移动上去，然后左键按一下，会打开一个窗口...”。
这就是一些白人公司所谓的“技术支持”，甚至是他们产品或服务的卖点。可以说客户付的钱里面，其实有一部分是为自己的“傻逼”买单的。
程序员有时候确实太脱离社会/劳动人民了。我觉得国内四五线城市老家过年的七大姑八大姨，才是这个社会大部分人群的样子。
这就和古代的穷酸秀才一样，你天天研究八股文没问题，但是社会真实的识字率才1成。
