最近真的被找房子的事情搞到身心俱疲，不过也顺便被迫学会了一堆日本租房的坑，想随便记录一下，给以后要找房的朋友避避雷。

本来我们是打算今年下半年再搬的，结果突然收到管理公司的通知，说房子快住满2年了，需要交：

一个月房租的更新费（8万日元）
还有管理费每个月再涨5000日元。
