Marvin Killgore (one of the owners of Southwest Meteorite Laboratory) holds one thin slice of the Fukang Meteorite up to the sun. The whole object weighed 1,003 kg.
It is a type of stony–iron meteorite with olivine crystals and it's estimated to be 4.5 billion years old.
