The skeleton of a giant about 24 meters high was discovered in Naples in 1938.

Human bones belonging to a man who lived in prehistoric times and who was about 24 meters tall were on display in the Sala della Meridiana hall of the Archaeological Museum of Naples. It was in 1938 when the staff of the archaeologist Amedeo Maiuri discovered, near the temple of Jupiter on the acropolis of Cumae, where the Greeks had placed the sacred area of the city, impressive bone remains associated with a skull, an arm and a thigh bone.
