Liberland Software Foundation celebrates not only New Year's Eve, but also 2 years since its foundation today. If the proposed European Chat Control legislation (also known as the ‘mass surveillance law’), which would allow the monitoring of user communications, passes, we will completely ignore it. It is just another pathetic attempt by European bureaucrats to gain control over people under the false pretense of fighting illegal content. I consider this proposal to be extremely immoral and contrary not only to my strongly libertarian beliefs, but also to common sense. The vast majority of people are not even interested in the introduction of such a law and, unfortunately, this is just another of many cases where European bureaucrats and legislators are not acting according to the will or needs of the people, but according to their own will or for the benefit of the interest groups they serve.

Since our software Yellow, which Chat Control would concern (as it includes instant messaging and social media features), has and always will have open source code, it is virtually impossible for it to be modified in this way. In the extremely unlikely case that someone were to force our developers to modify the software to comply with Chat Control, it would be quickly discovered, as anyone can download it, see the changes compared to previous versions of the source code, report them, and then modify the code again so that it does not comply with Chat Control.

I hereby raise my middle finger to all European bureaucrats who live under the illusion of superiority over people, and I refuse to modify our Yellow software in any way to comply with Chat Control (or similar ridiculous legislation) and thus enable the surveillance of user data. Furthermore, I will continue to provide the software in jurisdictions where it would become illegal due to Chat Control or any other legislation. I would be delighted if you would share our software wherever you can, make regular backups of the source code, and store them in various, primarily decentralised storages, as we are doing.

I don't need you to sign any petitions, create appeals or organise demonstrations. I am simply informing you that Yellow will always be available to you in a form that protects your data, whether you live in the EU, USA, Russia, China or anywhere else.

We are creating a NEW FREE WORLD based on decentralised technologies that cannot be stopped or censored by any human force. The world that effectively resists the threats of statist servants thanks to smart decentralised technologies.

How to do it?

1. Download Doom to your PC: https://mega.nz/file/a74z0IyJ#UiKvK3hZDQMR0cdRWzOYCIUPtQM3p7mtgcR7C2Wy-U0
2. Unzip
3. Create a "Doom" folder on Yellow OS in File Browser or on the desktop
4. Drag the unzipped files to this folder from your PC to web OS
5. Run Doom.yapp

You can create your own apps in a similar way to how Doom is created. How to do it is described on GitHub in the USAGE.md file.
