특금법 시행은 3월 25일이지만 기존 영업하는 곳은 6개월의 유예기간이 주어집니다.
1. 현재 가상계좌를 쓰는 곳은 업비트, 빗썸, 코인원, 코빗이며, 가상계좌가 없더라도 원화 마켓이 없으면 영업 가능합니다.
2. 특금법은 투자자보호를 위한 게 아니라 자금세탁방지를 목적으로 합니다.
3. 화이트리스트는 일본 금융청에서도 공식적으로 부인하는 제도입니다.
4. 무슨 코인전송이 증여라고 증여세가 나옵니까.
애초에 이런 구라로 점철된 글을 쓰고 자위하는 글쓴이도 한심할뿐더러, 일차적으로 내용에 대해 검증을 하지도 않고 사실인 양 퍼 나르는 부류까지 정상은 아니죠. 이게 국내 코인판의 현실입니다.
