PREMS

salary description:
• payout & cutoff every week, can hold until 30th of the month.
• sales computation:
Revenue - capital = sales
Sales x percentage = salary
• ₱1 - 499 = 20%
• ₱500 and ₱999 = 30%
• ₱1000 and ₱1499 = 35%
• ₱1500 and above = 40%

• no sales for 3 days will be
terminated.
• not attending meeting twice
without valid reason will be terminated.
• didnt follow admin rules = penalty
• leaving without notice = no salary

› if tumagal ng 5 months will
receive ₱400 gcash.

• ₱1 - 50 = 0%
• ₱51 - 199 = 5%
• ₱200 - ₱300 = 10%
• ₱301 - ₱599 = 15%
• ₱600 - ₱1000 = 20%
