Why we told to hold Ce of bank nifty even after it was -200. Points at the closing.
Whenever any chart of a stock or an index is in strong up trend
A single red candle i.e Bearish candle is not called as a reversal but it can be a small term Profit booking or can also be called as a "Pause in the trend".
At the same time closing of the Bank Nifty candle was above its previous day candle that too adds a more strength that bulls and not giving up yet.
Its a big topic however the following image will illustrate this topic clearly to you all. Its a part of a trend analysis.. we will cover this part in upcoming time.
To change the current trend into red you need "Minimum 2 red candles closing below previous day" then you can atleast think of going bearish.
