What is Vix ? And how does it affect ?
Vix is currently trading at June 01 level.
Vix ka calculation :

Original conception :
Vix rises when volatility increases or when people are fearful.

What it is actually:
Vix rises when there is a fast change in the positions. Example market falling and making lower lows continuously

Putwriters then start shifting their positions to either next strike or completely to the opposite side (i.e Ce writing) for the upside vise a versa.

This entire process starts taking speed then the Vix starts rising and falling drastically. ✅

So the next time When Vix Rise / Fall.
Understand there is the shifting of open interest or the position shifting is ongoing at a faster rate.

When Vix Rise : Downside positions adjustment happens

When Vix Falls : Upside positions adjustment happens.

( This may be completely wrong. This is from my understanding of the study and Reading. DYOR).🙏

Adding more to it :

In the live market :
If market is moving upwards or downwards and still vix remains flat.

Understand that position adjustment is not happening and "current market turmoil is just to mislead the crowd"

Vix is an important factor in technical readings. Amongst other ✅
